When guests arrive at the House Next Door, they are greeted by a welcome mat that says, "Come as you are." Our mission is to offer a safe space and a place of grace where all feel welcomed, loved and accepted for who they are, just as they are.
Dale Selover
Director
Dale Selover is the Director of the House Next Door. Inspired by her own hunger for a deeper relationship with God, Dale provides respite for all who hunger for a safe space and a place of grace to dwell in the heart of God. Following the example of Jesus, Dale is committed to meeting people where they are and companioning them on their journeys.

Along with her ministry at the House Next Door, Dale is a retreat leader for Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development and Cross Roads Camp and Retreat Center.

Dale is an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, serving congregations and communities throughout New Jersey for thirty-five years.
Laura Glatz
House Manager
Laura Glatz is the House Manager for the House Next Door. She works closely with Rev. Dale Selover in the day-to-day operations of HND and is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient internal operations. She assists with communication, marketing, financial, and IT management. Laura lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with her husband. She enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her pets. She has two grown sons and a lovely daughter-in-law. Laura is also an artist, enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors. ​​
